Assignment Note:
1) Students with special needs many time require modifications and accommodations in the classroom daily. The candidates created a Modifications Chart listing modifications and accommodations that teachers are to use with these students during any and all instruction. The chart/table was to have a labeling system (legend) to protect the confidentiality of the students.
2) Each person is unique. Each candidate brings talents and diverse characteristics to the learning and teaching environment. Using a Web 2.0 Tool at Animoto.com each candidate created a video that reflected his/her unique and diverse talents, abilities, and characteristics. This video was to showcase what would make him/her a good teacher and a valuable asset in a positive learning environment.
